How does it work?
Our main objective from the very outset is to ensure we fully understand your requirements and objectives, whether it be more leads, search engine optimisation or a portfolio website. Then we will work closely inorder to meet and exceed your expectations.
STRATEGY
The first step is identifying the website’s business objectives. At this stage we collaborate with the client to find out about the products or services they offer and gather insights into the type of audience who will be interacting with the website.
DESIGN
Based on your creative brief we will put forward website concepts and work with you to ensure we meet your design expectations. Page layouts, forms, key components and functionality will be taken into consideration.
DEVELOPMENT
The development phase is exciting as the website becomes interactive. At this point you will have access to a test location and will be provided with a login so that you can explore the website and add content.
DELIVERY
Just before we launch the website we need to double check and test all components. This includes spell checking, code validation, broken links and cross browser and device testing. Once testing has been completed we’re ready to go live.
When will I hear back from you?
We respond to all customer enquiries within 24hours, usually much quicker, so rest assured you will be contacted shortly after you submit your enquiry.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday but will often work on projects outside of these hours to ensure we meet client deadlines.
Where are you based?
We’re based in central southampton a stones throw from the central station but take on projects from clients world
wide.

This depends on our work load but we strive to ensure your website is up and running as soon as you need it to be.
